Horders shopfrontHorders was established on the Gloucester Road in Bristol in 1946; the business has been family owned and managed since 1963.

We have established and strive to maintain our reputation for quality and integrity in all of our work whilst providing excellent value for money.

At Horders we maintain our own service department and work closely direct with our products manufacturers; our deliveries and installations are carried out by our own engineers; and on the rare occasion that products go wrong we are uniquely placed to resolve any problem quickly and efficiently.

We have direct accounts with all of the following brands; AEG, Electrolux; Miele, Neff, Bosch, Elica, ISE, Liebherr, Cannon, Hotpoint, Indesit, Zanussi, Liebherr and from our computers can quickly confirm stock availability and expected delivery dates.

We are also one of the original Miele Sales and Service agents having been appointed 1963, it is an appointment we retain to this day. Our engineers are Miele Trained; carry laptop computers equipped with the latest diagnostic software enabling them to work on and diagnose any faults quickly and efficiently.

We operate a subsidiary Company, A.E. Horder (Contracting) Limited which is engaged in the Electrical Contracting industry; Horders have had continuous approval from the NICEIC since 1946; employing 30 plus electricians, so we are able to bring our electrical knowledge and expertise to bear when we are specifying or installing your electrical products.

Horders have been long term members of the Radio and Electrical Trades Retailers Association who have a Code of Practice to which we adhere and offer a Dispute Resolution service which we have never been troubled into using.
